How to refer us to your colleagues in 3 simple steps

1 . Send the referral

Using the link you will receive from our team, open it and follow the required fields to send it by email. Your colleague must not be a current TELUS mobility customer.

2 . Your colleague proceeds to its activation

Your colleague receives the referral and follows the steps in the email to confirm proof of employment. Promotional codes will be generated, and he will be able to activate it in one of the TELUS – Orizon Mobile stores or online at

3. Receive your reward!

During the activation process, your colleague will need to mention that he/she has been referred and has completed the process. Once activated, both of you will receive a $50 credit on your TELUS bill*!

Terms and conditions
  1. The terms and conditions of the TELUS wireless referral program (the “Program”) are available here. TELUS may terminate the Program or change the terms and conditions at any time, without notice and without being required to provide referral credits. The offer is valid in the following provinces and territories: Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. Offer valid only for new mobile line activations with a current unlimited data plan. A referral recipient who, after receiving the referral, activates a phone with a TELUS Unlimited Data or Voice plan will receive a credit on their bill. Bill credits will be applied to your TELUS account within 4-8 weeks of completing the referral process. The amount of the credit may vary by province. The person who sent the referral will also receive a credit of equal or lesser value on their bill. Offer subject to terms and conditions. Connected accessories (including smart watches and tablets) are excluded. When sending a referral to a subscriber, you must comply with the terms and conditions of the referral program. In addition, you must have sent the referral and verified that it was accepted before you can put the line into service. No credit for referral is given for past commissioning if the commissioning of the new line was not the result of a referral in accordance with the terms of the referral program. TELUS team members, contractors, representatives acting on behalf of TELUS and associates at special rate merchants are not eligible for the Program. TELUS reserves the right to change or cancel the offer at any time without notice. Offer not valid for prepaid, business and corporate account activations.
  2. Services are offered where technology permits. Offer valid in Quebec only. The person making the referral (the “referrer”) must have an active MonTELUS residential account or Customer Centre. The referred person (the “referred party”) who activates a TELUS residential service will receive a $100 bill credit once the service is activated/installed. The referrer will also receive an invoice credit of equal value for a successful referral. Both the referrer and the referred must reside in Quebec. The final decision as to the eligibility of the referrer and the referral is at the sole discretion of TELUS. Offer not valid for Business and Corporate accounts. TELUS reserves the right to terminate the program or change the terms and conditions at any time, without notice and without obligation to provide referral credits.
