1° Participation in this contest is open to all residents of Canada.
2° The participation to the contest is done by filling in the form indicated at www.toncell.ca/concours_pep
3° The gift will be chosen randomly from among the entries.randomly among the entries.
4° The draw will take place the week following the event you registered for.
5° The winner will be notified by telephone.
6° The prize can be claimed within 6 months after the end of the contest.
7. The winner must be a resident of Canada and cannot be a TELUS/Koodo employee or work for a company that is a TELUS/Koodo authorized reseller.
8° Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
