Terms and conditions
1° Participation in this contest is open to all residents of Canada.
2° The participation to the contest is done by filling in the form indicated at www.toncell.ca/concourspep-fevrier2023
3° Gifts will be drawn according to the following criteria:
– Magsafe Charging and Protection Kit” will be randomly drawn from the Apple user participants
-KaseMe Complete Protection Package” will be randomly drawn from all participants
-Pair of Samsung Galaxy Pro headphones” will be randomly drawn from the Samsung user participants
– LAGUIOLE knives will be randomly drawn from all the participants
4° The draw will take place at the beginning of March 2023
5° The winner will be notified by phone and/or email
6° The prize can be claimed within 6 months after the end of the contest.
7. The winner must be a resident of Canada and cannot be a TELUS/Koodo employee or work for a company that is a TELUS/Koodo authorized reseller and must work for a company or be an eligible member of the TELUS PEP program
8° Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
